Q. I am unable to log into the library system when using my laptop remotely

When I hit PsychInfo (the datebase I need), I am sent to a EBSCO site for user id and login. My SJU info doesn't work. My colleagues get a banner that says "off campus access to library resources"--I have never seen that.
