refworks

I emailed about this a few days ago and recieved an email telling me to send an email to refworks @stjohns.edu. I did that 2 days ago and have not heard back. If someone could please help me today I would appreciate it. See my previous email below:

I have been using refworks for about 10 years and am experiencing trouble with it. There are a number of issues listed below:

I am wondering if someone could provide me with the institutional log in (there is a new version and I have been clicking to use the old version) because I do not know the log in.
When I use the old version, my folders will not allow me to scroll through them.
I am also unable to use write n cite. I had contacted refworks about 6 months ago regarding write n cite and they said they were working the bugs out for the most recent word version. I am hoping you can help me because I still cannot use it
